Craftyhunnypie's Caravan Cake

Use a regular yogurt container as your measuring 'tub'

[edit] Ingredients

1 tub of natural yogurt
2 tubs of sugar
3 tubs of self raising flour
1 tub of oil
3 eggs
Flavour of your choice

[edit] Method

Put the whole lot in a bowl and mix together. Line a cake tin (loaf tin)in greaseproof paper; add the mixture and bake at gas Mk 4 for 40 minutes or until cooked.
It's brilliant & hubby's like it for their packing up too!
