[edit] Ingredients

margarine (to grease)
Smoked ham thin slices
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Free Range Eggs from your chickens
Salt & Pepper

[edit] Method

Get some ramekin dishes and grease lightly with a small amount of margarine.
Place a slice of smoked ham into each ramekin dish and press down.
Then take one of your eggs and crack it on top of the ham in the dish.
Do this for as many ramekin dishes you have made up.
Then season with salt & pepper & cover with a little grated cheese, so as you can't see any egg.
Place the prepared dishes in the roasting dish or the baking tray and pour enough water in the dish or tray to creep up the sides of the ramekin dishes - about an inch or so deep.
Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes on 180 degrees centigrade until the cheese has melted and the eggs are set to your liking.
I enjoy these on a lazy Sunday morning with crusty bread!
