This is an airborne fungus infection picked up from mould spores and can cause serious illness. It can be picked up by mold grown on corn in warmer climates.
[edit] Symptoms
Symptoms can be seen as diarrhoea, a pale comb, non eating, weight loss and low egg production.
[edit] Treatment
Antibiotics can be given, but good storing of feed is most important especially if the water content is high to help prevent mold growth.
