This list has been set up by forum members to help other forum members when they are unable to rely on neighbours, friends or relatives to look after their hens when they go away on holiday. The level of care your hens will receive is not something which can be guaranteed as the volunteers have varying degrees of expertise with hens and therefore, you leave your hens with the chicken sitters at your own risk.
Some people charge for this service and costs are to be agreed between the two parties off forum.
Most chicken sitters get booked up quickly,so please give plenty of notice if you need someone to look after your flock.
If you are a registered forum member please could you contact these members via the forum PM or e-mail facility.
Some members also have web links, which I have included here too.
If you're not registered with the forum, either register and contact via PM or contact tom@omlet.co.uk who can pass on any messages to them. Tom does not co-ordinate this service though so if you can contact the person you'd like to ask about chicken sitting yourself, please do. Thanks.
